It’s been a tough week. Well, more like a tough year. You’ve entered in your 30’s and it’s not exactly how you pictured it would be. You’re sitting in your bed on a Saturday night starting a blog on how lost you are feeling. You’re feeling all sorts of emotions, anger, sadness, fear.
I’m here to remind you not to be too hard on yourself. You have so much to be grateful for, and you tend to forget it sometimes. Things might not be going the way you want them to but it’s okay. Everything will always be okay in the end.
When you’re feeling this way, I want you to remember:
Breathe
Ground yourself and become aware of where you are at, breathe in and out, come back to reality. When you have these thoughts you get into your stubborn state of mind. And we don’t make the best decisions when we are emotional.
Grace
I know, I know. Everyone always says to be grateful. Give yourself some grace, it is okay to think negatively sometimes. It is okay to feel stuck, confused, not good enough. It is okay to feel everything. What matters is what you do after.
Love
Amor Fati. Remember, love your fate. Embrace the good and the bad because that’s what will make you, you.
